College-style atmosphere.
Superb location opposite the cathedral.
On-site parking space.
The lock on my door didn't work, so I was moved to another room in the same price bracket, but inferior. Lost a lot of time getting it resolved.
Short breakfast slot.
Early check-out.
Breakfast generally pleasant/functional but some items a bit cold.
Overall would recommend.

It’s very quiet and scenic. I felt safe where I was, and the room was comfortable also. Breakfast included is also a bonus :)
Nothing to note. It was close to all the shops, the cathedral, and my room was great.

The breakfast was very good. Generous. The beds were firm and of high quality.
£105 was quite a lot to pay for a room without a TV but I did have my iPad with me! Premier Inn is better value but the surroundings within the Close were very special indeed.
It was everything I expected.
