This condo is newly renovated and has all the modern conveniences of new floors, appliances, furnishings. The building is on the main Hana Hwy but the back of the property is quiet and peaceful. you can walk to a small beach nearby. I enjoyed the laundry room as well. The bathrooms and kitchen are luxurious.

Perfect place to start or end your Maui explorations! It was a great start ing point for Rd to Hana and Haleakala, with easy access to airport and Mamas fish House and Beach! The condo itself was lovely, clean and so comfortable!!

We stayed in Paia Friday to a Monday morning and it was the perfect location after a long flight from Texas. Short 15-20 minute drive from the airport, short 3 minute walk to Mama Fish house and to the beach cove. wonderful sunset and saw some turtles the first night and then a beautiful sunrise there the next morning. Checked out all the beaches in this area and there were many and only a short drive to all of them. Perfect location to head out for Sunrise at Haleakala and Hana road. the condo was clean and they were attentive to a text about linen missing for the couch pull out and the ice maker not working. they fixed the icemaker no problem and brought the linen. condo had ac and each bedroom had their own unit as well. the doors to the bathrooms and the bedrooms were sliding barn doors. no elevator at the complex. this unit is on the second floor. washing machine is coin operated in a separate common area. there is a balcony. Would totally stay here again!

This had not been our first choice in a place stay for our first trip to Maui, but we had booked late and not much was available to suit our needs. However, despite the cost (it was over what we had budgeted), we were very pleased with both the accommodations (definitely roomy and super clean) and the location. I know that most people like to stay on the east or south side, but Paia is a great location for driving the road to Hana and for trips to Haleakala (we made two...one for sunset and one for hiking the Sliding Sands trail). We also loved being somewhat close to the airport, Costco, Safeway, and Wailuku (where we visited friends AND did the amazing Flyin' Hawaiian Zipline!), Ho'okipa Beach (the turtles!), and Mama's Fish House (where we discovered you don't need to make online reservations if you're fine with sitting in the lounge area for your meal) and Mama's Fish House Beach (amazing tide pools and the occasional turtle). We would definitely stay here again!

This was one of the nicer VRBOs we've stayed in. The place was clean, check-in a breeze, fully stocked, and recently renovated. The location is great if you're planning to do the road to Hana and it's close to the airport. Highly recommend it!

Nicely updated condo

The rooms were a great size as well as the bathrooms. I loved the balcony and the short walk to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring the island and doing the road to Hana.

Great home base for paia and road to Hana- right off the freeway but once inside very lovely and great communication from property management!

We had a great stay! The property was very clean and comfortable. We loved being able to walk to be beach and Mama's Fish House.

TV is broken in the small bedroom and we wish we had an elevator or a lift of some kind for luggage and people That have difficulty with stairs Ironing board board did not want to stay open It was delightful to see the property well maintained and all the new furnishings of the Bosh and the nice fridge Beautiful showers Thanks and lot and Lighted mirrors very tastefully done

We are a family of four with two teenage kids. We stayed for 11 nights. Everything was so easy from checkin to checkout. Communication with instructions was via email and text which was perfect for referencing later. Everything was kept up nicely and just as the listing explained! We absolutely loved the close walk to the beach. We had everything we needed for our home away from home for 11 days.

We stayed here our final night in Maui. It was really nicely located near some great beaches and Paia and the airport.

Layout was very nice; furnishings nice as well. Shower was super! Barn door closures not all that good. Master bedroom bathroom door get stuck in full open position. Did not have time to explore just wjhere the beach is, but certainly not "on the beach"

I was under the impression that this property was a villa, not a condo but honestly regardless what it was, it was beautiful. For the price and location (close to multiple nice beaches, downtown and the road to hana) you should not let this get away.

This unit looks like it was very recently remodeled. It was very clean, and it had a lot of cool tech features on the mirrors. There are small AC units in the rooms to keep them comfortable and ceiling fans. I would definitely stay here again. The only downside was that there was some e-mail miscommunication, so I did not get my code for the room. It took us about 2 hours to check in, but the problem was solved.
