Vicinity to winter gardens and it was quiet
Fusty smell and bedding was damp

Location was great. Space was amazing, even better than expected. Bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces all very good sizes. Roof terrace was a great space too, with seating. Would definitely stay here again.
Only suggestion would be to have at least one long, full size mirror in the apartment. with all the rooms and space, was surprised not to find one.
It was a little noisy in the early morning on the main street, deliveries i think, but as it's a great central location, this didn't put me off. we did have our window open, whereas our other guests staying in the other room didn't have their window open and they didn't hear anything.

Fantastic location. Clean & comfortable beds. Large apartment which was ideal for a party of 4..
Really didn't like the £250 holding deposit for breakages. 2 days later & the funds still haven't been returned. Mode confirmed they have released the money but still pending. The property was looking a little tired & could have done with a paint touch up. Broken outside furniture.
