Location was very good with good range of shops and eating places within walking distance. The rooms were clean and the views for the two apartments very good. Parking was also excellent and capable of taking a car with a roof top camper.

Collecting the keys was difficult on both occasions. We rang from the airport on the first occasion, no one was there and the security office could not assist. The people handing over the keys arrive about an hour later given we had spent the previous day and that day flying this was disappointing. They asked for the payment to be made the next day and we had to stay in until the cleaners arrived to collect the money. No receipt. Returning to Windhoek we rang them two days prior to arrange a time to collect the keys. We had an agreed time. We then rang an hour before the appointed time and were told the cleaner was still cleaning. After several phone calls and paying the Security Guard to leave our car parked we finally got into the apart after waiting an hour and a half, rising getting the car towed away. Then again we had to hand over the cash to the cleaner. Not happy. They should use a credit card facility and leave the key with the full time security on the ground floor. We were not the only ones to experience this out date and ridiculous checking procedure. We saw and spoke to two asian ladies who after flying in had trouble getting a person there to open their unit up. Pity because both the units we stayed in were clean, well present and a very good location. Get your systems worked out to assist your customers.

The proximity to everything in the city center.

The couch was not clean and the WiFi reception/signal was poor.

The location was great, central, walkable distance from the shops. I like how secure the whole building is, from the parking, to reception, to the apartments.

I honestly think that the host could have been more communicative. We had asked for an earlier check-in time but did not receive a clear answer. Had to pay for parking while waiting for someone to bring us the apartment key as well. I feel that the apartment did not have enough (utensils, crockery, toilet paper, etc.)
