Loved our stay in this cute guest house! Perfectly fit 3 adults and had everything we needed for our stay! The full kitchen was nice to be able to cook and a nice big living space to watch tv and hang out. The owners are incredibly welcoming and accommodating. Would 100% stay again!

This was a perfect place to stay while doing my rotations at Barnes Jewish for 2 months. It is updated, very clean, private and spacious. This VRBO is in a super safe and beautiful neighborhood. It is walking distance to downtown Kirkwood and about a 15 minute drive to downtown. A lot of neat things to do in this area ~ downtown Kirkwood shops/restaurants, parks, etc. The hosts are awesome and are very accommodating! Would definitely stay here again.

Looking for a super clean, organized and comfortable stay in Kirkwood? Look no further! Great kitchen, living area, bedroom and bathroom, plus a great location. Though only a 20 min drive from downtown St. Louis, this above-garage apartment is a very short 15-min walk to downtown Kirkwood, filled with cute shops and restaurants. Super easy check in / check out. Will continue to stay with Ryan and Kelly whenever we are in STL.

We needed a place in the Kirkwood area and stayed here two nights. The place was great with all the basics you'd need. The owner communicated well and responded quickly to a question after we arrived. The neighborhood is lovely, downtown Kirkwood is fantastic, and we were thankful for a quiet, cute place to stay.

My friend and I loved our stay! This apartment is clean, comfortable, well stocked and in a great neighborhood. We loved walking to downtown Kirkwood and also found it to be an easy drive to other parts of the city. Ryan is a great host!

I came to St. Louis to visit a friend and booked here as it was close to where he lived. The neighborhood is spectacular and very close to a lot of things. Ryan and his family were the PERFECT hosts and the guest house is absolutely STUNNING! When I come back, this for sure will be the place that I stay!

I enjoyed every aspect of my two night stay here. The house was nicely updated, everything was super clean, and it had all the amenities I need. (Kitchen, private bathroom, living room/lounge with streaming services)
This area of St. Louis is very nice and all types of business are close by (restaurants, shopping, groceries, social life.)

The apartment was clean, beautifully decorated and had all of the amenities we needed for our stay.
The location is ideally locate within walking distance of downtown Kirkwood. The sidewalks and beautiful neighborhoods made it a joy to walk in the early morning and evenings.
Communication with our host was always timely.
My only reason for rating the accuracy of the online listing a 4 versus 5 is because the outdoor patio area shows prominently in the ad and it is definitely a patio associated with the owners home. While I am sure they would not have minded if we made use of the outdoor patio we would not have felt comfortable using it because of it's close association with their home.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting some friends in St. Louis. The apartment is located above the garage but do not let that deter you. Ryan was super friendly we ran into him a few times but there was NO awkwardness or inconvenience getting to or from the apartment. The apartment was super clean and comfy and larger than expected. Kirkwood is a beautiful area, safe and very close to downtown St. Louis. Would Definitely Stay here again.

Kelly and Ryan’s guest house was so convenient for our family happenings in St. Louis. The bed was very comfortable and the guest house has everything you may need. Great little kitchen with a Keurig coffee maker and great appliances.
My sister and I stayed here for a long weekend and one of the greatest features of this VRBO is the walk ability of the neighborhood. You can find adorable restaurants, coffee shops, and even a World Grocery store. We had a rental car but barely used it.
Kelly and Ryan are the greatest hosts and made us feel so comfortable! Book now with no worries or regrets!

I would highly recommend booking this cute little guest house for your stay in the Kirkwood area! The guest house is very clean, tidy, adorable, and easy to access! The surrounding neighborhood is very lovely and family friendly and only a short walk away from downtown Kirkwood. The hosts are extremely welcoming and helpful and have worked hard to ensure that their guests are comfortable and happy. We will be back!

Ryan was a wonderful host, very responsive. The guest house is just as advertised, and in a wonderful part of Kirkwood. Walking distance to the quaint downtown area and close to Magic House. It was a perfect space for our small family while visiting relatives.

Our family loved this property. It was really clean, updated and in a beautiful location. Our communication with Ryan and his family was great. He and my husband bonded over craft beer. I enjoyed having the windows open and the beauty surrounding the upstairs unit. We would definitely stay there again.

My daughter and I travel for softball, I’m very cautious regarding the areas I stay beings it is just us two. The neighborhood is absolutely stunning! The guest house was perfect for our occasion. Very clean, checking in and out was simple! Thank you again and we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay at the Remodeled Kirkwood Guest house. It had everything we needed for a long weekend stay for a family of 4. The location is in such a beautiful location and walkable to shops/coffee/restaurants. It was such an enjoyable time.

As I opened the door to my place, there was a welcoming glow coming from the kitchen as a wine bottle filled with lights greeted me. There was a short note on checkout items near the front door. The bedroom was just the right size and ready for me with lots of towels, shampoo, hair conditioner and soap. The hair dryer was conveniently located under the sink. The owner let me stay past the check out time since my wedding event was not until 4 PM which was really nice of him to do. He didn't have a check in after me so I lucked out! I would highly recommend.

We visited St Louis for three nights to enjoy some Cardinal baseball games and visit friends. This above the garage apartment behind a very nice private home was very private and quiet. It is located in a safe and secure suburb with lots of restaurants and stores a short drive away and easy access to the interstate for access to downtown St Louis.
The apartment was very clean and the host was very friendly. My wife and I will likely stay here again.

We came in town to see friends and to go to a Cardinals game. The remodeled Kirkwood guest house worked out perfectly! It was incredibly clean and the check-in process was seamless. The location is perfect, only a few blocks from downtown Kirkwood and a short drive to downtown St. Louis. We highly recommend this property and will absolutely be back in the future!

Such a great place--incredibly clean, beautifully remodeled, and set in a charming neighborhood. It's close to downtown Kirkwood where there are lots of great dining and coffee options, and centrally located--it didn't take us more than 15 minutes to get to anywhere else we needed to go. Check in and out could not have been easier, and Ryan was a great host and quick to respond to questions. We would definitely stay here again on our next trip to St. Louis.

The owners were so welcoming from beginning to end. The place was immaculate and everything was new. The neighborhood is so charming and walkable to all things Kirkwood and super easy access to the highways to get downtown. We frequent St. Louis often and will definitely stay here again!
