The family was very welcoming, helpful and nice. Real pleasure meeting them! The bathroom was spacious and new.

The bedroom was very dirty, full of hairs. In particular the bed was full of people hairs and stains.

Excellent breakfast. Felt really welcomed. Very kindly let us shower after we got absolutely soaked in the rain, even though we’d already checked out!

The host was wonderful! Really made us feel home & family. Gave us tips, what to do and see, was helpful with everything. Really made our stay special. The house itself is authentic, with a lot of details. Clean room&bathroom, high ceilings. Breakfast was delicious. Location comfortable as well. We really liked our window view.

It can get a little noisy in the morning with the motorbikes if you stay in the room next to the street, but at night it's calm&quiet, so it did not bother us:)

Very nice family. They are doing refurbishment work so my roof was leaking, so they quickly moved me to another room (although it didn't have a private bathroom).

Great location — quiet and only a short walk away from the plaza. The hosts were very friendly, they treated me like family.

Dona Rocia runs this charming little homestay. It is located just 3 blocks up the hill from the cathedral on a street that was quiet as a church mouse at night. My room was clean and simple with everything that I needed to be comfortable: a bed, a shower with hot water, a toilet, an extra blanket and a hook to hang my wet towel. Some of the rooms are windowless, similar to many lodgings in Colombia. There was a TV in my room although I never used it. The real reason to stay here is Dona Rocia herself, a long-time Jardiniana who was lovely, attentive to her guests and kind. She will cook you a delicious Colombian breakfast (rich and filling) in her spotless kitchen. You won’t leave the table hungry. ¡Gracias por todo!

Staying at Fundadores feels like staying at home. The atmosphere is extremely cozy and all the ladies working there are wonderful. They are helpful with anything you need, and keep the place clean and organised. The breakfast is nice as well, and can be customised for vegetarians.

One of my travel companions is not so fond of cats, but if that's not an issue for you you should be fine :)
