Location
No hot water, street noise, very hard bed, indifferent staff, one said we could check in early, crew change and the other person said we could't. Walls were dirty, toilet seat was broken.

Pretty much everything else. The bed is uncomfortable, the bathroom is rundown. There are holes in the baseboards. The walls are thin. There are no light covers. Very few outlets. Very noisy.

Don’t stay here - I urge you. If you are in one of the rooms without an exterior window you will not sleep at all. It is extremely loud and it was so bad that the bathroom didn’t even have real ventilation. It had an opening to the neighboring apartment so you would hear some random couple pooping, and vomiting at 4AM from drunkenness. Spend $5 more and stay somewhere else. Jardin is beautiful, you don’t want to ruin your time with a stay here.
The hotel ruined my experience of Jardin.
