Location was good
The bathroom door wouldnt shut and the shower screen door wouldn’t shut properly. I fixed the shower door but couldn’t fuc the bathroom door. The TV remote didn’t work very well.

Location, nice comfortable house
All the cobwebs in the back area, untidy gardens ( presentation) washing machine took some getting to work, no dryer , ceiling fan in main bedroom had no switch anywhere to turn on!!!
And ceiling fans in back patio area are falling apart and have exposed wiring , and I feel with the washing machine playing up the way that it does, the owners obviously know that it should be replaced because of the information that they have supplied in there information folder
