Stayed two nights and already can’t wait to come back. The room was clean, equipped with everything we needed and more. Location is great, close to the city center but in a quit and friendly neighborhood. What truly made our stay amazing was the kind hotel manager who helped with whatever odd request or question we had. On our last day, after having already checked out and gone on our daily excursions we came back to take our bags before heading to our next destination. Upon seeing us, Ann the amazing hotel manager offered us a warm shower, truly making us feel at home. Another highlight is Ben the sweet puppy who lives in the hotel lobby. Make sure you give him a friendly belly rub before leaving…

The bed was quite firm but the owner is aware and has put on mattress toppers to help.

The perfect accommodation for a trip to Hoi An. In particular, the host’s assistance in arranging a taxi was a great help to the MYSON heritage trip. The accommodation was in a great location, within walking distance of most famous attractions. The cute dog was a bonus. It's a perfect place to stay with nothing to worry about.

The staff is amazing, seriously. So helpful and kind. The location is also amazing and you get really good value from this place. Aircon worked well.
We already miss Ann, our host ❤️
The beds can be a little hard for what some may be used to, at least for us. This was not a big deal though.
There was some ants in the room on the second floor which was unfortunate, so we had to be careful leaving sweets out. But after we told the staff they did the upmost to clean them up. Im sure they also talked about renovating a bit so im sure this will be solved soon. After they removed most ants it became much better of course.
The restroom was OK standard i would say. But this is something they also talked about renovating soon.
Be aware that they have dogs, and if you have allergies i would suggest being cautious. Otherwise they were really cute and safe to pet.
