Everything was great.. Had a wonderful Christmas, thanks for having the Christmas Tree up.. The cooks loved having all the drawers in the Kitchen labeled. The space was great and being in the gated community was a plus. A couple of issues the small bedroom on first floor heat was not working, had a space heater but do not like running them at night. The small bathroom on the first floor did not have a shower head..found in in the garage.....also I fixed the folding door in that bedroom so you don't need the rock to keep it closed. Also need to check the keys to the gate a couple of them did not work. The big issue is the road E Alameda is really bad, pot holes and at our visit mud...not sure who takes care of it.

Home is gorgeous! Location is perfection super close walking distance to the arts walk..It was amazing and we would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This was such a fun property—very chic and comfortable! And a great location. We enjoyed walking near the creek and Canyon road. We would love to stay again.

Great for our group! Eight college friends shared a wonderful time together. Walked to the plaza. Plenty of bathroom space to prepare. Fireplaces inside and out. Really enjoyed the gated community and secure garage. Perfect.

The home was beautiful and perfect for our girl’s trip. There was plenty of space and we loved the outdoor areas! Will definitely rent it again!

This was the perfect spot for our family to enjoy Santa Fe! It was a quick walk to the galleries on Canyon Road and the main square in town. The area was quiet and serene. The fireplace in the main room—and the endless wood—was our favorite place to spend time together. Thank you for sharing your space with us. We’ll be back!

This is a great house, very convenient to downtown Santa Fe & the famous Canyon Road (all short walking distance). The property is gated which made it attractive for our family for safety reasons---and the house interior couldn't have been cleaner & very well-appointed with everything! The only thing(s) we needed were food & our clothes!
Carrie & Kelly (property managers) were fantastic to work with, and extremely responsive.
Would definitely recommend for a family vacation-rental!

This was a great property. The management did a great job across the board to make sure we had all the info we needed for the house and things to do in the area. An exceptional experience.
