Etna Ocean Rooms

The property was nice and clean and in a good location. The room looked like in the pictures, it was spacious and clean.

some of the facilities listed in the description were missing, for example the kettle and iron with ironing board were not there. The communication with the host was a little weird and we encountered some problems while checking in, but it was solved within an hour.

The host was extremely supportive, approachable, and was always immediately responding to all of my questions from texts and calls. She was very helpful during my entire stay. The room was a good size, comfortable, good working AC unit, and very clean. I had a private bathroom with a toilet, a bidet, a sink, and a shower just a couple of steps outside of my room.

If you have a car, parking is a problem: you can park right in front of the building, but although parking is free in the evening, at night, and in the weekends, but you cannot park there during the day. During the day you need to find a parking garage or a parking spot somewhere else. But this is not against the property, it is a common thing in a city.

Very clean

Cracked beside lamp base 5 flights of stairs to climb if booked in room at the top not feat id you can't use a lift! You have to share a bathroom, can get busy so be prepared to wait. Bed very hard and uncomfortable. No mirror above table so had to use one in the bathroom. Our universal plug adapter did not fit in the plugs! No idea why so unable to use or charge phones properly and had to do this via restaurants etc. Very noisy location. Cracked pelmet above blind so couldn't pull it down properly as didn't want to pull the entire unit off. Not in town centre itself and it's a 3 mile walk from the airport, so not central as indicated. Towels rough.
