Great location for our day trip to Lake Louise etc (~1 hour drive). Room was large, bed and pillows were comfy, room had a small microwave, coffee & tea making machine and a small fridge. Disposables were provided, as well as coffee & tea. Parking was directly outside, WiFi was stable and no issues with connection. Plenty of local eating places nearby.
We were advised that the email we sent advising of our flight cancellation was not received by the hotel even though we replied to their email reminder which stated "If you need anything before or during your stay, reply to this email..." We were advised when we checked-in that the room would have been released after 11am had we not arrived by then as they had not heard from us.

Could not stream to TV. All other rooms available for streaming but not ours. Staff did not fix. Pillows too firm and all exactly the same - not great for back sleepers.

Well located at the main road in Canmore with some restaurants, etc in walking distance. Big room, updated bathroom, very comfortable bed, clean.
Noise from train - but that’s what you get almost everywhere in the Canadian Rockies. Also the noise from the hallway was quite loud. However otherwise not noisy at all.

Our room was fine, but you did hear people talking down the hall. There wasn’t a lobby, or like a hospitality spot.
I thought it would be a bit fancier. Room on main floor so not a good view. Pretty basic.
