Friendly staff
The nearby trains did not bother us at all, but may bother some people. The lighting, whilst adequate, did not make reading in bed easy.

Good location on the north end of Canmore allows easy access to Banff. The rooms are set up nicely with an extra sitting area and sink in the front. We had a great view of the Three Sisters mountains from our window.
Really close to the train tracks! Loud and they run quite often.

The staff provided excellent service, hot tub is amazing, location is convenient, the linen, blankets, toilet supplies, pillows; all generously provided. Cozy ambiance.
No free breakfast, an overnight hotel breakfast is not complete without a complimentary breakfast. The size of the swimming pool should be increased, parking lot is a bit tight.
