Modern, clean, and updated, also feels cozy with complete necessities for a week long vacation. Staff responds very promptly when needed. Overall, great place to book in Canmore - highly recommend!!

The apartment is nice, very well located, close to shops, restaurants and Canmore city center. The hot tub is a nice activity after a day full of activities. The place is clean and it is easy to check-in (all done online).
We booked for four people, two of us had to sleep in a sofa bed and it was not very comfortable, the matress was very soft.

The closeness to the mountains was incredible. Having a balcony to be able to sit and look at them was amazing
Only complaint is my girlfriend said the bathroom smelt musty and damp, the kitchen needs a few more items added for cooking ease like oven trays etc. the bedroom was a bit small with a king size bed but again very do able. The one hot tubs jets didn’t work so it was like a bath with strangers

The customer service was great. We ended up having 2 people cancel on us and we were past the free cancellation period, but they were nice enough to refund a small portion of our payment to make it more affordable for us. We also ended up being able to check in a little early last minute which was a nice bonus. The place was comfortable and the hot tub was also nice - clean and hot, but facing the road so that was a little noisy. Otherwise great!
The only thing we didn't love was that you have to take out your own garbage. For the amount that guests are paying per night, I feel like that is a very small thing that could be included to not have to do yourself.
