We have stayed here 3 times now and we love it. Its clean, comfortable has a good breakfast variety, nice pool, fantastic location, has a mini mart at the entrance and many excellent warangs, restaurants and bars close by. If the rice fields next door are green, the view is beautiful , well, even if theyre brown its still nice to have an outlook onto the rice fields.

The property was beautiful! The gardens and pool area were immaculate, and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We also loved the view from the room on the second floor. The location was great too, with plenty of restaurants nearby and only a short walk to the main street in Ubud. Breakfast was simple but nice, and the staff were always friendly.
The only real downside was that the staff would go into our room every time we went out and turn off the aircon, fans and lights. The staff were friendly, but communication could sometimes be a bit challenging as they didn’t speak or understand English very well. The safe also wasn’t attached to anything, so it could easily be picked up and moved.
