Breakfast was a little spartan, but... waffles! Good water pressure in sink and hot water. Bed certainly adequate.
Lighting in breakfast area needed a little help. Be sure to get there early. 6-9am, so 8:20 going to be late for coffee and sufficient milk on your cereal. Exterior needed a clean up - lots of cigarette butts.

Very friendly staff. Breakfast was very good too.
The room smelled. Especially when we first came in. We got used to it. But it was bad when we turned the fan in the bathroom on.
Wifi was challenging. We couldn’t sign in. When we asked they said that Apple users often have issues and we had to call customer service.
