Location was excellent
The room was clean and nicely equipped
It should be called a kindergarten not a resort. It’s full of kids who were everywhere and shouting !! The room view was sea view, but also overlooking a pool. We could not enjoy the balcony due to the crazy shouting of the kids !! During breakfast it was a whole different level, in addition to the crying and screaming, some kids were still in their pajamas, seems like there were dragged straight out of bed ! Other kids were placing their feet on the table ! And just outdoors the kids were playing football near the tables, the ball almost hit me walking back to my table.
Embarkment of the ferry was messy ! There was no order what so ever ! One family of 8 rushed to the doors disregarding everyone who was in line ! The staff did not even say a word !
The check out process was not nice ! I booked the 1 pm ferry out of the island and called the reception twice at 12:00 & 12:30 to collect my luggage, 12:45 comes and no one showed up !!
On the way back in the ferry, the same kids issue appeared. Kids standing up on the seats and screaming ! One of the kids had his foot almost on our faces !
Upon arrival the valet lost my car keys. I had to wait for 30 minutes. What’s funny is, they brought me someone else’s car !!!
Bottom line is, you may go there for an adventure of the unknowns but not a relaxing resort getaway

If you are a black person pls don’t stay in this resort. They are extremely racist, their customer service is extremely terrible. Their food is trash. The rooms look nothing like what it looks like online. Their staff are very staff mean and unfriendly. Pls don’t waste your money or your time coming here

The staff asked my maid to get out of the pool! Even that her stay was fully paid.

Nothing because of the bad service
The service was so bad and they don’t do maintenance because first villa had a broken valve and broken Jacuzzi and the other villa we changed to the jacuzzi wasn’t working as well

Amazing place for family vacation. Friendly welcoming. Very Clean. Best sea view and private pool. Very helpful and fast with emergency situation.
One of the villas we booked took 1.5 hour to be ready for check in. The family weren't happy about it.
+ Restaurants are pricy.

Everything was amazing (specially during the beginning of March). Breakfast, room services, activities, water sports and every individual of the staff. The suite is equipped with everything you need. Cozy bedrooms with excellent views.
Was hard to find valet parking. Tried to call many times but no answer. You have to search for "Banana Island Boats" in google maps.

Everything was exceptional and outstanding. The room, the view, the facilities, the breakfast, and all the staff members in all areas were excellent examples of greatness and quality. Every detail was just perfect. I got one of the most memorable travels as I had an extremely relaxing environment after the very tough days I had before.
I will keep coming every time I can as I loved this place too much.
The prices for the restaurants were relatively higher than expected. I thought that they will have higher prices than Doha restaurants ( eg Souk Waqif restaurants ), but they reached around 3x to 4x times their prices. I hope to review that and add special discounts for the people who booked a room or villa or so on.

It was a very nice short trip, I really appreciate the efforts , everything was clean , arranged and comfortable, the staff very friendly, smily and cooperative , especially gunes in reception, sara in bout, and sumira in brakfast restaurant,

the island don’t have activities after first night you get so bored, and the value for money it’s so much expensive compared with another resorts in another’s islands . it’s not like you expect it .
