We had an excellent stay at Willow Tree Apartments in K District. Everything was outstanding – the apartment is completely new, beautifully maintained and exceptionally clean. It’s perfect for two people. The apartment is quite compact, so for a very long stay you might want a little more space, but the clever fold-up bed makes a big difference. When you’re not sleeping, you can simply put the bed away and have much more room. The mattress is very comfortable and we slept really well. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you could need. The kitchen is excellent and includes a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and all the basic equipment for preparing food and drinks. There is also air conditioning and a Smart TV with everything you need for relaxing in the evening. Everything feels new, modern and very well thought out. The bathroom is surprisingly spacious, spotless and very nicely designed. There are plenty of mirrors and excellent lighting, which we really appreciated. There is also enough wardrobe and storage space, and plenty of clean towels were available. The location in K District is excellent. It’s a very nice and pleasant area, with everything you need nearby and easy access to the rest of Belgrade. Despite being so conveniently located, it is also very quiet at night, which made our stay even more comfortable. Having a garage was another big plus. From the parking garage you can take the elevator directly to the second floor, and the apartment is immediately to the right when you step out – extremely convenient. Check-in was very easy and completely contactless. Before arrival, we received clear and detailed instructions explaining how to find the building, enter the garage and collect the garage card and apartment key from the lockbox near the entrance. Communication was excellent both before and during our stay. Our contact was very polite, helpful and responsive, and made sure we had all the information we needed. The

The apartment was exceptionally clean and smelled wonderful from the moment we arrived. It was very comfortable, cozy, and warm, which made us feel at home right away. The neighborhood is beautiful, peaceful, and the location is excellent, with everything conveniently nearby. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with our stay and with the host's excellent service. We traveled from Bulgaria and, since we did not have internet access on the day of arrival, Dusan kindly provided us with all the necessary information in advance, which gave us great peace of mind. He also allowed us to check in a little earlier. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It was equipped with a large hair dryer, an iron, a refrigerator, an oven, a coffee machine, and even automatic blinds. The parking space is spacious and has no adjacent spots, so there is no risk of someone scratching your car. It is located in the underground garage and has direct indoor access to the elevator. The apartment is situated in a modern building with controlled access. There is a grocery store and several bars within the building complex. The nearby park offers many attractions and a wonderful zoo, making the location even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this apartment and would gladly stay here again.
