Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed.

As with many places in Lyme Regis, walking back from the front was a little challenging.

Exceptionally clean. Friendly. Great breakfast & accommodated our vegan requirements. Well located close to town centre & beach. Easy on street parking or car park close by

Not really a dislike but it is located up a very steep hill if walking

A very clean property and welcoming, helpful owners. We had a twin room which we found too small. There wasn’t a wardrobe and little space to put two suitcases which we needed to keep most of our clothes in. Everything was very clean and a nice extra was almond milk sachets in the room. We also had a lively view. Just a shame about the size of the room.

The size of the room.

The Breakfast was as ordered and nicely cooked

We found the bedroom and bathroom cramped but the most had been made of the space available. We also found parking a challenge.
