Location was perfect. Breakfast was lovely. Ruth and Phil were perfect hosts.

Lovely cooked breakfast and more each morning. Caring and helpful owners. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It had a nice little tea bar in the room. It is within walking distance of the sea front.

It's not that I didn't like this, but just so others know, the room is like a hotel room. There is no "sitting area". That suited us well because we were out most of everyday anyway. The bed was comfortable and each room has it's own washroom/shower, which was great!

Really lovely guesthouse. Both the interior and exterior of the property are very well maintained. Our room was spotlessly clean, and the breakfast room too. The hosts were lovely, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Really great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

Nothing we didn't like.
