The location is great with easy access to shops and restaurants.
The facilities are a little tired looking and basic but it was quaint at the same time.

The location was fantastic. The layout of the property was very good. The decorations were so cute and beautiful and cool.
The floor creaked constantly and many bugs got in during the night.

Very central and close to numerous cafes. Coffee pods and welcome nibbles were much appreciated.
Creaking floorboards and a few patches of peeling paint but possibly expected considering the age of the building. A little noisy in the mornings from the laneway below.

Amazing location
The property is in average condition with areas of the floor feeling like going to fall through. Holes in walls, water stains on roof, spiderwebs. The stairs are very steep so not suitable for someone not confident climbing. Property just needs a really good clean up eg paint/repairs.
Fans in bedrooms that don't really do a lot. An aircon in lounge area that worked ok.
Noise from eateries at back of property and music fri/sat nights wasn't too bad, but I had ear plugs.
