It’s in a great location and very spacious.
Kitchen has a lot of stuff if needed, although we didn’t use it.
Very noisy, even with doors and windows closed you can still hear noise from outside.
When someone is staying in the property next to this, you can hear them walking around a lot.

Great location whilst staying for a wedding just outside of Rye. All the facilities you could need for a quick stay and good base to explore nearby areas. Very communicative host who responded to my message very quickly. Thank you!

Grand studio bien équipé, idéalement situé pour visiter Rye. Lit confortable. Proximité de la gare.
Escaliers raides (ne peuvent pas convenir à tout le monde).

"Brilliant location and only a couple of minutes walk to the car park which was very cheap. We really enjoyed Rye and enjoyed our stay in the accommodation. There is nothing I would change."
