Avi Guest House

I was honestly a little hesitant to book Avi Pension at first after reading some of the comments, but I’m really glad I decided to give it a try. My experience was much better than I expected. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, comfortable, and looked just like the photos, which was a big plus. For the price, I was genuinely impressed. It is very affordable compared with many other guest houses in Ethiopia, but you still get the important things you need for a comfortable stay. The guest house also has secure on-site parking, which was very convenient and gave me peace of mind. Another thing I really appreciated was having a cleaner available whenever needed. If you request room cleaning, they are happy to arrange it, which makes the stay much more comfortable, especially for longer visits. Overall, Avi Pension went beyond my expectations. The combination of friendly staff, clean rooms, secure parking, good service and very reasonable prices makes it a place I would happily stay at again. Sometimes you really have to experience a place yourself rather than relying only on the reviews — and in my case, I’m very happy I did. I would definitely recommend Avi Pension to anyone looking for a clean, affordable and comfortable place to stay in Addis Ababa.
