The people were friendly. The property is located in the centre of the city , therefore one can easily get around with ease .
The only issue is the area is under control so there was a level of noise doing the day , however, quite in the night. Also the price of the food in the restaurant at the hotel was moderate as compares to outside. I recommend this hotel anyone travel to Adisababa . One thing also, the proof the room are of discount rates as compared to other hotels.

Loved the staff, incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. The rooms are very clean and well kept, making the stay comfortable. The location is also perfect just a 10-minute walk to Bole, the main city center. Overall lovely experience, highly recommend!

The Ladies at the reception were so nice,
We requested for an iron box but not available
The closest at my room was smelling so bad , it was like a rotten egg
A certain man working at the restaurant removed me from a couch situated outside the reception saying that it is meant for room guests and i insisted that i was a room guest but he didn't want to hear.
I requested the bedding to be changed in my room but they never did, they only make the bed with the same bedding i have used for close to 2 weeks
