Good location, parking & friendly staff. Traditonal pub with a beautiful beer garden & flowers.
Breakfast was good, we asked for poached eggs & extra toast which were happily provided.
The cost to stay with breakfast was good value for what you get and it suited us for what we wanted.
Rooms are very small, ensuite is a cupbaord converted into a shower & loo with a very small basin. A larger person would struggle moving around in the small space. Perhaps should be mentioned on Booking.com
Also large vent from the kitchen directly outside of the window, which did spoil the view slightly (we were in the x2 singles) so the other 2 bedrooms might be fine.

Friendly staff, hot and plentiful breakfast.
Hot room above the kitchen and flies in the dining room, all of which couldn't be helped in the heatwave conditions.
