The property is in a great location, quiet neighborhood. Easy check in/check out. The house worked well for 2 families. It could use an overall deep cleaning. We had a few issues but the host was quick to respond when I reached out and try to resolve the issues.

They were very accommodating! Easy process all-around. It was the perfect set up for our family. If we are in Indy again, we would stay here!

The neighborhood was nice. The property looked as described and was comfortable. We had 8 adults staying in the house and there was plenty of hot water.
Unfortunately, the floor was not vacuumed when we arrived, which called into question the overall cleanliness of the home. The appliances do not work well. The washing machine made horrible sounds as it was running. The dishwasher did not clean glassware very good and the glasses came out looking dirty. We found a cracked wine glass in the cupboard. The refrigerator worked but you couldn’t open the doors properly.
The downstairs bedroom had a door so far out of alignment that you couldn’t close it, which did not make it comfortable for the people sleeping in that room.
I texted owner and did not receive an answer for over 14 hours. The owner did say they were on a 12 hour flight. There were no bathmats for the bathrooms and no extra hand towels. We needed more than 1 towel per bathroom for the 3 night stay.
Once we were able to contact owner they were responsive.
