✔ We have a big fenced backyard that your dogs can use but must be on leash or supervised out of respect for our neighbors. You are responsible to clean up pet waste in the yard. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be crated if left unattended.

When you stay in this beautiful home, you have the whole space to yourself. You can use all of the rooms and amenities, including the washer and dryer, WiFi, and bathroom essentials. The entire house is available for your use except the garage and the locked owner's closets. Please do not park in the garage. You can park two cars in the driveway, along with plenty of additional street parking.
Contactless check-in via key coded door locks. The door code will be provided to you one day prior to your check-in date, along with detailed check-in and check-out instructions.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Our home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood and is not suitable for parties and large, loud gatherings. Smoking is strictly prohibited on the property.
Please note: We do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking. We ask that you do not use the indoor fireplace and the garage. We have security surveillance cameras on the exterior of the property. Any moving, removing, and/or tampering with the security cameras will result in a fee of $500.
Only dogs are allowed in our pet friendly home. No more than 3 dogs per reservation, and they must be under 80lbs each, unless previously agreed to with the host. Dogs must be house trained and clean. Dogs are not allowed on the beds, other furniture and must be crated if left alone in the house. No other pets are allowed unless previously agreed to by the host. Each dog, up to 3 dogs, will be $100 each.
Please note that we do not provide ice or filtered water for drinking.

WINTER DRIVING
We cannot control the weather and no refunds will be given due to trip cancellations, interruptions, or inconveniences caused due to unforeseeable weather conditions; therefore, we recommend the purchase of Travel Insurance for all planned vacations. Travel Insurance will protect your Investment in the event of weather events that would make roads impassable to vehicles or the property uninhabitable due to damages caused by natural disasters.
COVID Cleaning: Our home is professionally cleaned. All doorknobs, light switches, drawer pulls, remote controls, faucet handles etc. are sanitized. Where possible, we allot a 24-hour buffer between guests.
NOTE:
Please be aware that while we ensure that all furniture is well-maintained, it's important to use it responsibly and carefully to prevent any accidents. We advise you to take a moment upon arrival to familiarize yourself with the space and use all items as intended.
Please note that as per our house rules and Airbnb's policy, the host is not responsible for any injuries incurred at the property. Your safety is important to us, so if you notice any potential safety issues upon check-in, please inform us immediately so we can address them.

This is a nice little house that was perfect for our extended family needs, coming in for a weekend wedding. The hosts were extremely responsive from the time of booking until after we checked out, and asked right away if there was anything we needed. If anything came up, it was very minor and understandable, and we would stay here again for sure. The house was very clean, directions were clear, and the four upstairs bedrooms were very nice (including two rooms with two queen beds with walk in closets - one of which was the master bedroom and master bath). The one downstairs bedroom with the twin trundle bed is more of a den-type room in my opinion, and off it was the only access to the back deck. This room had sliding doors blocking it off from the kitchen and the living room. It still met our sleeping needs. The little backyard deck was very quaint, quiet and private, and even has a view of a small stream in the very back. We spent a lot on that deck visiting outside. There was seating for three when we were there, but plenty of room to bring more chairs out and there was plenty of seating inside. Four cars just fit parked tightly in the driveway. Many thanks to the host/hostess for a nice stay! As already mentioned, we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Nice fenced in area in the back yard for a dog. Clean and well accommodated. Kitchen was very spacious. Easy to get to all the places we needed to be. Easily accommodated the 10 of us and a baby. Would definitely stay again as we have family in the area.
