Wow! A huge two-car garage awaits you. Step inside to find a cozy bedroom with two comfy queen beds, a big 55-inch TV, and a warm gas fireplace - perfect for chilling out. There's also a full bathroom right there for your convenience.
Second Floor:
The second floor is a real treat! There's a bedroom with two twin XL beds 43-inch TV. But that's not all - you'll find an awesome living room with a massive 75-inch TV and an 80" electric fireplace, a fun-filled game room with loads of games and a pool table, and a dining room that can seat 10 people! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up delicious meals. There's even a patio and a half bathroom on this floor.
Third Floor:
The third floor is where the magic happens with three fantastic bedrooms:
The master bedroom is a dream come true - a king bed, a luxurious waterfall shower, and a 55-inch TV.
The second bedroom is equally amazing with two queen beds, a private patio, and another 55-inch TV.
The third bedroom is super cute with one queen bed and a 43-inch TV - perfect for kids or extra guests.
There's also another full bathroom in the hallway for added convenience.
Every Queen/King bed has four pillows: two memory foam and two feather pillows for the best sleep ever! All mattresses are 12-inch memory foam - pure comfort!

I shopped for 6 months for a place to stay for our Indy trip! With 8 of us, There was something I was looking for for each person and this place nailed it! I THOUGHT I was sacrificing location for price and amenities ...I did not mind being right by the interstate to be so close to downtown so we brought fans for noise but didn't need a 1!!! We could NOT BELIEVE that we could SEE the interstate from back porch and not hear 1 single car!So there was absolutely no sacrifices made! The amount of beds and games makes this a great family spot.A lot of rentals have games but my husband and sons were blown away at the quality of pool table and dart board. Evidently a lot of pool tables are "dead"? But this one has "live rails" and I would catch them all hours of the night and day playing! Austin and the group were very accommodating with us needing an extra night AND late check out! I, myself, loved the details..endless coffee,gas stove, even the curtains (my fav)! We come for a Lakers (pacers)game and we were 3 mins from the fieldhouse! I cannot say enough about this new remodel. They really tried to think of everything and it shows!
