We spent Christmas week at this condo in Avon, CO. The layout is excellent and the condo was very clean -- overall a great choice for our family of four (2 adults + 2 children). The location was easy -- we were able to walk to the Riverfront Gondola, take the shuttle to Beaver Creek Village or drive over to Vail for the day. There is underground parking and getting in-and-out were a breeze. The kitchen was well stocked with necessary pots, pans and utensils. We cooked half the time and ate out the other half. Would 100% rent again the next time we visit BC.

First thing I noticed was how clean it was, the carpet had the 'just been vacuumed' look at the whole place was tidy. My bed was very comfortable, too. The location is as advertised. I walk out the front door of the Seasons and I'm the river trail for a morning run along the river. I finished that with very tasty double Americano at Loaded Joe's (per the suggestion of the host), a perfect start to the day. Beaver Creek's entrance is right there and I met a friend at the base to catch up. I squeezed in a little golf in Cordillera and met friends in Vail for dinner; this roomy condo was right in the middle of everything. I can't wait to come back and stay here again in the winter to ski at Beaver Creek! Already figuring out dates and if the Epic Pass is worth it for the four of us :) p.s. Thanks Brian, for the tip on the taco truck out front, two carne asada tacos and Topo Chico hit the spot.

We were in town for a family celebration- from Austin, Texas Had a great visit. Lots of hummingbirds around- felt bad for them so we added a feeder to watch them Lovely views, lovely area in the summer Condo had everything we needed even a crockpot, which a lot of places do not. Thank you

Once we got into the property everything was great. We had a problem getting into the the unit, because age door code did not work. We called the property manager and he did not respond. We ended up contacting the owner who changed the door code and we got into the unit. It took over two hours to get into the unit. Everything else was great.

I rented a car, but would have been fine without one. The bus stops right next door! Just a quick trip to the surrounding towns & ski villages. I found the condo clean and comfortable. The location to the Rec Center and the lake were fantastic for the boys when we had downtime. We walked to restaurants for dinner! Wonderful location for everything you could need! The property manager was very easy to contact and responded immediately to our questions.

The view from the balcony was great for coffee every morning, and afternoon drinks before dinner. Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms don’t get too much light in the morning making it great for sleeping in. Walking distance to all the restaurants and Nottingham Lake is right out the back door. Will definitely look to stay here again
