Great value. We only needed 1 night before an early departure the next morning. I chose this apartment because it was so close to the beach (and the airport) which allowed us to have a wonderful seafood dinner and walk the beach before we left Rome for the States. Our host was kind to call a taxi service for us in the morning on very short notice as we could not get through on our phones.

The location right opposite the beach was great. The apartment was clean, with fresh towels and bedding. It was spacious and had 3 TV's and an AC. Our host provided some breakfast items and coffee pods which was a bonus. Our host also allowed us to drop our bags off early which we appreciated.
We had issues with the gas when we arrived so we didn't have hot water and use of the stove. Antonio was able to help us before dinner time to get it fixed. The kitchen could also do with a kettle and a few more cooking utensils (spatula, slotted spoon etc).

Location, being opposite, the beach was fantastic
Parking was tricky on the weekend as the beach was so busy. Apartment was on the older side

Posizione molto buona per Fiumicino, comoda per raggiungere l’aeroporto a qualsiasi ora.
Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci, in autonomia.
“Convenzione” con servizio taxi privato molto efficiente e puntuale.
Comunicazione ottima con lo staff.
Pulizia scadente in cucina.
L’arredamento è spartano e poco curato (ma per un soggiorno breve come il nostro non è un problema).
Forse siamo stati sfortunati, ma ci sono stati schiamazzi nel vicinato fino a notte fonda e dalle 5 di mattina.
