Its location.
Sometimes it takes awhile for elevators to stop at the floors and when it does, almost always full.

I like the caregiver. She taking care us well.
I didn't like the way they charging us for the pool. That should be included to our rent.the

The location is fantastic. It was very convenient since amenities are just nearby. SM Shopping mall is also a few minutes away.
The wifi connection didn’t work. The place needs some updating too specially with the photos posted in booking.com. The loose shower head holder needs fixing as it always falls when we use it. The wall near the bathroom needs fixing, there is a possible leak or moisture build up that causes the wall paint to fall off. The sofa bed also needs to be replaced as the support is broken when it is used as a bed. The ceiling fan also needs cleaning because of the dust accumulated.
