Great staff , good checkin , friendly and love ula and there team, spent most of our time there, made a great spot to chill and the staff are good - been a few time , breakfast good and jet skis

This time we got alittle lost coming in the roads have changed up and ended up in the industrial area …. Also to be honest the full board turned out not to be a great option , quality of food wasn’t good compared to breakfast, and it was very busy (understandable) but when u spend all day at ula and then come up for dinner night yep we just stayed at ula and paid for dinner there - but overall a great stay will Diffo come back and recommend the jet skis

Facilities were amazing and so is the location. I liked how clean it was too and the staff were really helpful.

I didn't like the check in process. Check in is at 3pm but I didn't get my room till around 4.15 I saw others waiting a long time too. I think it's best to change the check in time to 4 so their isn't a back log? Or streamline the check out process so rooms are readily available. Customers want to check in as soon as possible especially after a long journey. Also i was given late check out but it wasn't even noted on the system. Someone had to add that on after I told the staff how long it took for them to check us in. Unsure if I would come back would rather try another hotel. The check in really disappointed alot to the point it put me off the hotel. Also I gave my feedback to the staff but unsure Mr Sunshine took ot well or not. I mentioned it's better to be honest rather than give a false time. Also the lighting in the room was really bad. They really need to add some lights into the room instead of just adding lamps everywhere!! Terrible decision.
