Bardzo wygodne łóżka, duży przestronny pokój i łazienka. Rewelacyjne i bardzo urozmaicone śniadanie.

Clean and pleasant property with a good breakfast. Great location, very close to US embassy.
Helpful personnel.

Good location. It is easily reachable by bus and taxi. Lively place to be. Good parking space in front of the property (which is free ofcourse). The room was clean, airy and modern with all amenities. Staff was friendly and guys at the front-desk spoke English/Russian/Kazakh well. Reception worked on our requests promptly. Has a mini-bar as well which works 24/7 (never used it though!) Felt safe and respected at the property. Nothing is on the clock as compared to cheap European hotels - e.g. you can relax and eat your breakfast even if it's 5-10 minutes over the closing time which was great!
Breakfast can be improved. It is monotonous and not exciting but it works for short stays! Price can be a bit lower, but overall package was good.

Problem with paying. Internet wasn’t working. The check-in time was changed to our detriment without any compensation.
