Our room was spacious and clean. Great views on all three floors available to all hotel guests. La Marea is one of 10 seafood restaurants in a row, but the only one with rooms available. Great community kitchen. 5 minutes walk to the boardwalk with two ocean piers. Attentive host.
Small beds.

The bedroom was good, view over deck below was excellent. Mari was exceptional for kindness and cleaning for guests.
Old worn carpet that has been tracked on for a long time through the stairs up and on kitchen area, would be great to replace it.
Also keep better handle on clients' groceries accumulation and their assumption that the foods can be laid out for all to smell or view.
