The property is very close to the main train station and in a lively market street. The room itself had everything you could want - including a fridge and a balcony. There was even a bunch of pegs for drying clothes. It was so good, I’ve rebooked it for when I return to Tbilisi next week.

Everything is fine there. Staff is helpful and kind, location is good and rooms are nice and clean. I also got a balcony with nice mountain view.

Good location. Pleasant staff. The room is equiped with everything you need for a short stay. Also the room had balcony with Mtatsminda view. For the price ideal option.
