Everything!!! The accommodations were beyond excellent. I just traveled abroad and when I say my stay here made up for the unpleasant stay there I can’t say enough! The owner had everything you would need to make your stay home away from home. Very clean, appliances of all kinds were available for your use. Bed was very comfortable not like the brick I slept on a week prior. Closet was huge with washer and dryer available. He even supplied all the cleaning equipment you may need. The amenities were a plus although we didn’t use. The view was beautiful day and night. We were walking distance to every thing fun. Rent rent rent and you definitely will not be disappointed!!!

Location was great. Lovely space and nice furniture. Nice having ensuite laundry and we used the dryer to dry our towels.

Garbage trucks seem to come every few days and make a lot of noise early in the morning banging the bins. Otherwise very quiet. Could have used more towels. I use 2 for my shower. Lack of low lighting options. Under the counter lights are out in the kitchen. We had to request a lightbulb for the living area which took 2 days to have installed....seems a bit excessive for a light bulb. Blinds don't block out the early morning sunshine. Would love to have black out curtains available. Bring your eye patches! Could have used a hook in the shower area to keep the towel handy for getting out.

Was absolutely beautiful and great location. Not a far walk at all. Would absolutely book it again to stay in Nashville. Would also check out other locations.

El apartamento es muy amplio, con todos los elemento para poder pasar una gran estadía y no depender de almorzar o cenar afuera. The apartment was spacious with everything we needed. Nice balcony. Clean and comfortable bed. Had everything we needed.

Great apartments, very spacious with huge bathrooms and laundry areas, kitchen and living room. Only a short walk to Broadway. Would recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful modern apartment. Great fitness room. Beautiful pool area but expected the pool to be heated - unfortunately it wasn’t :( Access to key fobs was easy on arrival and departure. Questions were answered promptly via online messages. Location was great for us - easy walk to Broadway.

Although the location wasn't central it was still within an easy, quick walk to downtown Nashville. We had issues with logging into the wifi and the young man at reception wasn't all that helpful. I did send an email to Sentral and they were unable to resolve the issue and asked us to use the wifi of another room. When we arrived one of the bedroom lamps had no light bulb in it, I asked for them to replace it and it was replaced that day. I also mentioned the floor was sticky and probably had not been mopped prior to our arrival. I asked for the floors to be cleaned but unfortunately this didn't happen. The bedroom does not have a blockout blind so we were woken quite early by the daylight coming in through the thin blinds. We were also charged two additional costs (for which I do not know what these were for). I asked for an explanation and refund. We received a refund of one of the costs!

See my comments above. We did not think this apartment was value for money. However, generally we found hotels in Nashville were very expensive compared to other cities in the US.

This is not a hotel. it's a room in a building. It is soulless, cold and unfriendly. It's a place which offers rooms for short stay, and some people live there. So SoBro have instigated security arrangements which involve many emails before being granted access to the building. The room itself has good facilities, but there's literally nothing in it. A coffee machine with not a sachet of coffee. Not a biscuit or anything. Considering the price this is disgusting. None of this is advertised.

First night it was great make me want rent again the 2 night was a nightmare I was ready two go! Wasn’t clean and refrigerated didn’t work I had to throw away food I had to go get moved to another room with a broken table. Oh my God nightmare.

It is a very nice property. You feel like you live in downtown Nashville during your stay. Very clean and has great amenities.

East facing room needs blackout curtains. Also during my stay I used their parking garage and my car was broken into. Along with 15 or so other cars. Security personnel need to be upgraded. They were sitting out front of the property chatting.

The staff was friendly and support from sentral was less than ok. If any help is needed with support there is pretty much nothing out there. Got locked out of the building one night with a group of guests because the door was broken and there is no contact for the building. Room was not the cleanest upon arrival but the bare minimum for a stay.

This is not a hotel although it appears as one on booking. There is no real reception but sometimes there are people in the lobby that are nice and helpful. There was no reaction to a question sent by e-mail to the advertised 24/7 support team. The people in the lobby were able to help, though.

The bed sheets didn’t fit the bed and there was no curtain on the bedroom window. The thin blind didn’t keep the light out of the bedroom.

The location was convenient, a ten minute walk to Broadway or we just hopped on an electric scooter that were always conveniently placed out side the hotel. The room had everything we needed and more- full kitchen, laundry, wifi etc. The room was very clean. The pool area was very clean and well kept.

How the door lock was complicated and getting into the building was very confusing and there was no parking so we had to pay a lot for parking

Hair in shower, floor, furniture from previous renter, fingernail on kitchen floor, dog barking on balcony for several hours near pool. Gas fire pit only usable during winter season. In garage parking is $35 per day??!! Check in/out process was time consuming using the email directions, codes, and lockbox with zero in person assistance.

Parking charge set up not clear. Doors to garage blocked off. had to use public parking side. Many cars parked with not sure to use pay scan code. some paid some did not. we paid 35 per nite. got scammed from company called Fraavy connected to your park scan and had to cancel credit card.

Loved the apartment. Had everything. Was a little worried bout getting key out of security box only because we have always stayed at places with front desk.lovely apartment. Had trouble leaving key as same as check in.lucky for us the security guy was there as we left very early to catch our flight. Was Little stressful

Only thing I could say was little further than I thought from broadway. But when we got our bareings only 10 min walk. Not sure id walk back to late at night though
