The property was generally nice, but is in need of some repairs. The dishwasher is coming out of the wall, falling on my foot when I tried to load it. The flooring needs fixed with large gaps and coming up in a few spots, which was a tripping hazard for my elderly mother. The blinds in both bedrooms have large chunks missing, which created a privacy issue. The ice maker in the freezer was completely frozen over, so we couldn’t use the ice dispenser and frost/ice fell all over the floor each time we opened the freezer door. These items were disappointing and it’s sad that they have not been fixed - I hope the property management team takes care of this soon for future visitors. Additionally, there were dead bugs on the window sill in one of the bathrooms which obviously detracted from the perceived cleanliness of the condo. Outside of the owners/property management control, there was a very odd man who kept coming outside and watching us when we would come in and out of the building, waving his arms and yelling. Had it been just me it would not really concern me, but with other vulnerable people with me, it didn’t feel entirely safe. The communication was great. The hot tub was pristine and the beds were wonderful. We were able to cook easily everyday with the items provided. There were lots of towels, which I appreciated and the washer/dryer worked great.
