Naxi Suites

This was an absolutely perfect stay. The host thought of everything and was extremely communicative and helpful (especially with our bags!). The property is very central in Taormina and close to absolutely everything – restaurants (including a 1 minute walk to the famous Osteria da Rita), shopping, nightlife, and the Mazzaro beach. The property is very clean, very spacious, and offers a luxury experience. She stocks extra toiletries, had water in the fridge, has luxury shampoo / conditioner / body wash, and the towels are nice and thick/oversized. I have thick, curly hair – the shower pressure is some of the best I have ever experienced. Also love that the property has 2 full bathrooms. Very helpful for 2 people getting ready for a weekend of wedding events. And even though its in the heart of Taormina, it is quiet inside. Daily housekeeping is available, and the property has an elevator. If you need to park, a 24 hour self-park parking garage is a 12 min walk away (Catania garage). You can drop your bags off before heading to the garage too. Overall a wonderful stay, and will definitely stay here again when I visit Taormina! Thank you Naxi Suites!

Everything was perfect! Not a negative, but I do like my beds and pillows softer. However it was still comfortable and a king size (rare in Europe)! Would be great to add 1-2 soft (feather or down alternative) pillows as options.

Absolutely one of the best places I have ever booked, and I travel a lot. Calling it a “room” would not do it justice. The apartment was absolutely stunning: incredibly chic, sophisticated, elevated and beautifully designed, with an insane level of attention to detail. Everything felt thoughtful, stylish and luxurious, while still being comfortable and welcoming. The cleanliness was impeccable. Honestly, the entire place exceeded the photos and every expectation I had. I was genuinely shocked by how beautiful it was in person. The location was also perfect. We were the only ones in our group who never needed a car, cable car or transfer. Everything was right there, which made our stay in Taormina so easy and enjoyable. Beautiful, sophisticated, spotless, perfectly located and truly special. 20 out of 10. One of my favorite stays ever.

Our stay at Naxi Suites was unfortunately disappointing and felt quite overvalued. The apartment was much smaller than expected and, despite my initial booking being for four people, we ended up paying 100 euros extra, reaching a total of 600 euros for one night. It’s possible there was a mistake on my side, but the overall communication and clarity were lacking. What added to our frustration was that the rooftop with the jacuzzi, which seemed to be part of the apartment in the photos, was actually on a different floor and shared with others. None of us felt the description was clear, and that confusion really impacted our experience. It ended up being the group’s biggest regret from the trip. On the bright side, Jacky was kind and helpful, the apartment was clean, and the bathrooms were modern and lovely. Still, we found far better places throughout Sicily with much fairer prices and clearer descriptions that truly exceeded expectations.
