Very clean and staff are unbelievable they are there to help in every way

The staff were sooo nice and helpful

The staff during the breakfast buffet were chatting away in Arabic and swearing thinking that all the guests were foreigners and didn’t understand. It wasn’t a big deal but it made me feel uncomfortable

We arrived at the hotel by taxi booked from the hotel. This made things easier for us as it was an early morning flight and we were tired. From the moment we entered the hotel till we left we were greeted by extremely friendly and polite staff. This included everyone. The Bell boy who we met first made such an excellent impression- a real credit to the hotel.The young lady on the beach reception desk with a pleasant smile. The gentleman who worked in the restaurant 5 out of the 7 nights we are there and the ladies who cleaned our room every day -so so friendly. The breakfast was fantastic with a special thanks to the two ladies on the omelette/ pancake counter. The pool area with attentive staff looking after everything. Yes this hotel is extremely well run with customer focus at the top of their list. Our junior suite was great and as requested we were given a room overlooking the inner courtyard so it was very quiet. Everything about the hotel made our 7 days an oasis.

This is not a criticism of the hotel but rather of Marrakech - the traffic is hectic and crossing the roads requires all your attention.

Lovely new hotel close to the train and coach stations and town centre. Very clean. Great rooms.

Main street can be a bit busy with traffic
