Excellent location, 10 minutes walk from the centre, in a quiet environment with views of the mountains. Beautiful clean room. The breakfast was delicious and varied, and they have it ready at the time I asked it. The hosts are very kind and helpful. The best place I stayed in Georgia.

Everything you need for your trips around the area is provided — clean, warm, and safe. As a bonus, you can even ask the host to prepare a home‑cooked meal for you — it’s delicious. The host’s daughter speaks English.

This property is an absolute gem in Mestia. It is set back from the busy town, the rooms are very comfortable, each with their own balcony. The top floor roof terrace has unbelievable views of the mountain ranges. We spent many an evening watching the sunset and it go dark. What makes this place is the hospitality of the owner. Although she doesn't speak much English, with Google translate it was no problem. Every morning at 8am (at our request) a feast of a breakfast was made. Honestly the variety of dishes and the effort that must go into them is incredible. Each day was different and we always took some away for our lunch. I cannot eat nuts which was well accommodated. It sets you up perfectly for a day of hiking. There is a small shop in the building with fair prices and the parking is easy. Free tea and coffee is always available. Don't miss Cafe Lanchavli for lunch/dinner which isn't a far walk from the property with amazing views and delicious/well priced home cooked food. Don't hesitate to stay, you won't regret it. The Svaneti region is hands down the most beautiful place in Georgia.
