We had an amazing trip and this home was so cozy and clean. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was so organized, and the hot tub was just right after a long day of wine tasting.

We loved the well appointed kitchen, nice bedrooms and bathrooms. Master suite was very nice. Lots of room to spread out, and conveniently located in a nice neighborhood. The backyard was beautiful - too bad it was too rainy to enjoy it much. Our host left helpful information, and we enjoyed the board games and cards. A great stay!

The pictures don’t do it justice was my first thought. This is a lovely house and exceptionally clean. It was so clean that even with the wall to wall (white) carpets upstairs, my allergies did not bother me. You can tell it’s a family home of which the host is proud. We enjoyed it very much, and it was a good location for connecting with family in Petaluma. The host is very responsive to questions and does her best to resolve issues promptly.

The house is lovely. Quiet neighborhood (except for the dog next door...) and large enough for a group to split up into different rooms for different activities. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, implements, and spices and condiments. There are books and games everywhere. My only concern is with bringing children to this house. There are many little knick-knacks all around. They are very cute, but also tempting to small fingers.

This was a lovely home to stay in. Everything we could want was provided. Beautiful yard. The host left us a nice bottle of wine. She was also very easy to work with. We would highly recommend the house & host!

The house was perfect for our family. Bedrooms were spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The host left us a lovely welcome gift! We would definitely rent this place again!

This home had everthing we needed for a family visit with relatives in Santa Rosa and Napa. The kichen is well stocked with every kind of cooking tool as well as a good selection of spices. Plenty of fluffy towels, exta pillows etc...
The yard and deck make for a nice space for relaxing and visiting. All in all a very comfortable and inviting home. Would highly recommend.

The property was wonderful. Very clean and comfortable. The backyard area was very cute and comfortable also. We all really enjoyed ourselves and would definitely rent this home again. Very convenient to wineries and restaurants.

Julie's house is wonderful, and was a perfect home base for us, in town for a wedding that spanned Sebastopol, Santa Rosa, and Kenwood. Every room, as well as the backyard, were just so beautifully designed and decorated, with plenty of space to relax and play (our 3 year old had a wonderful time exploring the rooms and getting out all of the many board games and books :)). The kitchen was large, easy to use, and well supplied. The two living rooms, also spacious and very comfortable, were nicely connected to the kitchen, so we could all easily spend time together at the house. The bedrooms and beds were very comfortable, and the whole house really felt like a well cared for home. Overall we had a wonderful stay. Thank you!

The house was perfect for our group of 3 couples on a wine trip! The home is centrally located for winery visits (we made it to 10 in the area!). The place is well equipped and we had everything we needed. Grilling in the back yard was fantastic. The welcome gifts were such a nice touch and were appreciated and enjoyed!! We would love to stay again!! Julie - thanks for sharing your home!!

This property was exactly as advertised and delivered on a relaxing, comfortable, and clean stay. This home is wonderfully furnished and comes with great amenities such as the backyard and hot tub. The home was clean, well maintained, and so close to all of the best parts of Santa Rosa. I would recommend this place to anyone and will be booking this home anytime I come back to this area!

This house is absolutely delightful, with a welcome gift that we enjoyed. We had two teenage boys who enjoyed the hot tub. The house is beautifully furnished, many bright colors and had everything we needed. We hated to leave!

We had a wonderful time.! The house is well appointed the hot tub was enjoyable. The backyard is beautiful. It was easy to commute to zip lining of the ocean at bodega Bay, Napa Valley. We especially enjoyed our tour and tastings at Korbel.
We enjoyed barbecuing in the backyard with the nice breeze. She said the next question is asked her self a question for you.

The house was absolutely perfect for our girls weekend away! The beds were amazingly comfortable and the back yard was a dream! So spent a lot of time relaxing and enjoying this sweet house! Our host was so easy to communicate with and was so sweet. The location of the house was a dream! We were so close to town and the local wineries! I hope to come back someday and stay at this perfect house!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This house was stocked with everything we needed from thoughtful bottles of wine and bathroom amenities to a fantastic book collection! The host was fantastic. The hot tub always such a nice touch after long days of wine tasting. Everything was just perfect. I highly recommend!

House is stocked & equipped with everything you’ll need and more. Comfortable, roomy, beautiful yard, patio & garden. Decor is eclectic and a joy to the eye with every turn. Hostess is gracious and available and takes extra measures to ensure you have a memorable stay. We give it a 6-star rating!

We had a wonderful time with family at this location. The home was clean, well equipped and had many amenities not listed. Plenty of room for the 5 of us and centrally located. The home was nicely appointed and the backyard was gorgeous. If we are in the area again, we will definetely stay again.

This is the nicest home we've ever booked through VRBO! The home is spacious, beautifully decorated, and only about a mile off Highway 101, so you're literally minutes from anywhere in Sonoma Valley. That's assuming, of course, that you'll want to leave the spectacular master suite, the two-story living room, the peaceful backyard/patio, and the great kitchen!
Julie's a wonderful host who was easy to communicate-with, and left thoughtful handwritten notes and some nice beverages to make us feel right at home.
If a Sonoma wine tasting vacation is in your future... or whatever reason might bring you to the area, YOU MUST RENT THIS HOUSE!

We came for a women’s soccer tournament. This home was perfect! So charming and so comfortable. Emailed our host several times with questions and she answered so quickly. We had no complaints at all. Looking forward to staying here again next year.

All went smoothly and the home (not just a house) was just beautiful and so great to come back to after a hectic family wedding event. The BEST equipped rented space of dozens in the past. We will absolutely return if we are ever in the area. Like visiting a warm and meticulous friend's home

Lovely property, very clean and all appliances appear to be new and updated. Very peaceful and tranquil back deck and yard. This property is an excellent location if you want access to all of Sonoma, Napa, Alexander Valley and Russian River Valley. We only needed at least 2 Bedrooms with 2 full baths and this was one of the few properties we could find to fit that bill. Host was very responsive and answered any questions or issues we had promptly. I would recommend.
