This was a great place to stay for my family with 5 adults and 3 children. Enough elbow room, close to Barefoot Landing and several restaurants with less than 10 minute drive. Perfect location with access on the beach but with pools, hot tub, and a lazy river on site. We enjoyed our stay and the condo. Good communication with the host also.

The room was very clean, i was very satisfied

Great view of beach.

5 for the resort itself. 5 for the description of the room.1 First of all, I own a cleaning business in NC. When it comes to the cleanliness of the room, that’s a different story. Floors were nasty with spots of food and liquid. Tubs were not clean when I rubbed my finger across the bottom, my finger were black. Some of the towels had stains. Hairbands on the floor beside the trashcan in bathroom. Tables were sticky. Refrigerator had some green mold growing in it. Lazy Susan cabinet had food droppings in it, food on the stove. Sticky food on the couch, tons of dust everywhere. Nothing to cook food… had to cook our eggs in a stockpot. 🤦 I could go on and on and have pictures of it all. They offered to have the cleaners come back but I decided to clean myself because I didn’t want them in the room for 1.5-2 hours with my expensive clothing and shoes in there on top of being inconvenienced by having to leave the room. When I messaged them and asked if they would at least refund my cleaning fee, they said that all payments were final. I will not ever rent from this company again. Hopefully they check behind their so called cleaners from now on.
