Great central location, clean room, easy self checkin and access to code for front door so you can store luggage if arriving early.
Hotel has parking offsite and it is easy to get an uber from there to the Pile Gate and then short walk to hotel.
Also has washing machine and dryer onsite.
Would definitely stay again.

The property was centrally located. It was a short 3 minute walk from the Pile gate. Although we had an apartment at street level, it was very quiet. The apartment was clean and well appointed.
Nothing. The apartment was exactly as advertised.

Fantastic location & helpful staff. Great spacious clean room with really comfortable bed.
All excellent

- Central location, easy access
- Availability to leave luggage after checkout
- Cleanliness: there was a cockroach in the room
- Bedding: needs to be checked; the bedspread is a duvet without a cover, which doesn't cover the entire bed
- Noise: as it's in a street-level apartment, you can hear the noise of people passing
