Henriks Hotel

The rooms are beautifully decorated, comfortable and well equipped with everything needed for a short visit. The bathroom was large and included additional products such as shaving kits, shower caps, etc. My room was very quiet, the bed super comfortable. The breakfast selection was varied, and the quality of the food excellent. The hotel has a lovely small bar in the foyer, great for a drink at the end of the day. My room had a mini bar, with a good selection of snacks and drinks, not overly pricey (in the context of Denmark which is expensive anyway).

The wardrobe hanging space was short, so hanging things such as shirts meant they were dragging on the base of the wardrobe. The room didn't have an iron (though the hotel did offer an ironing service, at a cost I assume), which was disappointing as it was stated it would have an iron when I booked the room.

The room was beautifully decorated and furnished. few things missed i.e. coffee , Towles but once phoned reception we received items. Breakfast choice was nice and coffee good.

the staff were not friendly at all. We had to speak to them first. Bar staff on the evening not friendly at made no conversation talking to other staff members. Breakfast staff - reception very unfriendly - did not speak to us - let alone say good morning. Breakfast staff stressed. The Venue opposite completely stopped us from coming back in the afternoon for a change of clothes or rest up before a night out. The NOISE level is very bad in the bedroom.

Il sistema di pulizie!! Una vera follia!! Se non si mette sulla porta il cartello apposito entro le 9 le pulizie non vengono effettuate ‘ noi li abbiamo fatto ma sono arrivati alle 26,30 per pulire la stanza!! Le lenzuola non sono state mai cambiate in 5 giorni ed è un 4 stelle ‘n
