The Owner was kind and flexible
The neighbourhood had several parks and was pleasant enough albeit far from centre of town

Väga mugav võtmete kätte saamine, tehtud oli video, kuidas toimida. Asukoht hea, parkimine hoovis.
Lihtne majutus, soodne hind.
Puhtus oleks võinud parem olla, taara voodi all. Veekeetja ei töötanud.

The location was fine for me. It is about a mile out of the city centre. It’s a flat walk to the city centre so fairly easy for most people to walk. There is also a tram stop about 1 minute walk from the property that takes you into the city centre. The property was around €40 per night, which is good value in any capital city. The host was always available to answer questions and was always helpful.
The bed. There wasn’t a proper mattress. It was a divan bed base with what can best be described as a couple of inches thick mattress topper rather than a full mattress. There is no oven (just a microwave). All in all, while the property wasn’t filthy, it could have been cleaner - although it wasn’t so bad that I felt I had to clean it before I settled in (although there was an empty coke bottle under the bed from a previous person).
