The room was clean but quite small. However, the beds were highly comfortable, and the staff responded to any requests within seconds. The location is excellent, as the tram stop is within a five-minute walk.
we did have an issue with one of the lights not working, which unfortunately took quite a while to get fixed.

It was located near to a great grocery store, bakery and kebab stand (which I highly recommend). The little kitchen area provided all the cutlery and glassware we needed. Quite cute actually.
I was on the 4th floor and it was hot outside during the time of my stay. No air conditioning so windows had to be open all night (which was a bit loud), but ear plugs were provided. If it had not been hot out, this place is good for its value.

Is near the Tramline and is well connected to the Hauptbahnhof.
The room is perfect for 1 person for a short stay in Berlin, but the price was on the expensive side due to the Christmas Season
Well the room is too smal and perhaps thay can take away the kitchen setting and just keep coffee and Tea,
Also not sure of the Sofa and Television be needed for such a small room

The place had a nespresso machine, which was nice
It didn't feel too tidy when we came - there was dust under the bed, dishes weren't really clean. But it was OK

"Stanza arredata in modo essenziale ma provvista di tutto. Angolo cottura mini ma a cui non manca niente. Perfino acqua e bibite di cortesia ci hanno fatto trovare. Operazioni di check-in automatizzate..."
