It was a beautiful room. It hardly felt like a hotel. It truly felt like a studio apartment.

Excellent location easy drive to Alderwood mall. Keg next door what could be better. Friendly staff.

Our room was clean and spacious. I loved it. I only wish there more light in the room. and the set up is strange because if someone gets up early and the other person is in bed, there’s no door between the bathroom area and the bed. You can’t block the light from the person still sleeping.

Great location, beds very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, room a little tired.

If you rolled the parking fee into the whole price it would be fine.

I’ve only stayed at this hotel one other time and that time was an okay experience. This time was pretty terrible though. Aside from the sudden surprise parking fee every night which someone at the front desk tried to explain away by telling me other places parking fees cost more, they also randomly charged my card a day after I checked in. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, they said it must be a preauthorization. How does that make sense? The incidentals fee I paid was more than enough to cover the surprise parking charges. What were you preauthorizing and charging me for since parking was already covered? When I mentioned this he told me to call my credit card company. Such a typical thing to say. The people I should be calling is the billing department for the hotel, since they billed my card, how would my credit card company know anything? I could also tell the girl at the desk standing beside the guy I was talking to wanted to tell me off. It’s pretty ridiculous that you guys charge me, pawn it off on someone else, and then one of you is agitated with me. As if you wouldn’t be irritated in this situation? All four front desk staff I met here during my stay were unprofessional at best.

Although the property was old, it was maintained well and very clean. The staff were very well informed and provided excellent customer service. It was a little irritating to have to pay $12 a night to park.

Our stay was quiet however this property is very run down and dated. It could be great if they did some updating

The Property charged me $12 for parking, which was not disclosed by Expedia. They also advertise a 2pm check in on Expedia that is actually 4pm

We liked the kitchen and full sized fridge. Heater was good too. Parking was full so a bit more parking would be good. David at the front desk was immensely helpful when a stuffed toy was lost. My son’s family is eternally grateful!

Super noises upstairs family I understand you have children but stomping and jumping all day and late into the night then back up bright abs early at 7am running stomping jumping off counters just ridiculous I spoke to upstairs neighbor which was a joke and I finally complained to front desk and nothing changed …. Just dirty looks from upstairs and even louder.. total joke! Careful!

Four of us stayed in the suite, it had plenty of room. Microwave was noisy, but worked well. We had a hard time finding the switch for the fan. Excellent location for all our shopping and dinning needs. The breakfast was great. 👍

The rooms were not connected to the lobby. The lobby/breakfast area had a very musty odor. While the room was kept tidy, it needed to be painted, the bed was uncomfortable, and soap in shower and kitchen area had not been replaced since last occupants.

Glad I found this gem of a room. The main feature of having two separate rooms was a huge plus. The only think for me was it definitely got really hot upstairs (dry air caused me to keep sneezing) but luckily there is a door leading outside stairs to let some cool air in and not having to disturb rest of family downstairs.

I love the privacy of Residence inn! The front desk is so open and joyful they almost uplift your day whenever you interact with them. They are very accomodating as well i needed something printed and it was late like past midnight and so i called the front desk and she was more than happy to print out my paperwork and very quickly too! I live it that i dont have to walk past the front lobby everytime i wanted to have a smoke. Only diwnside which isnt a deal breaker is parking cuz if you make it back to the hotel after a certain time then you will jave to park a little further away from your room but the walking scenery is actually great!! 10 stars and i will come back or maybe ill jus extend my stay....again! The lay out was nice. But the room that was 200 plus a night looked like a cat had been in there clawing up all the furniture and ripping up the carpet. The shower had a huge crack in the wall. The stainless steel appliances had hand prints on them( disheqasher and refrigerator.) The corners of the rooms did not look they had been cleaned. Under the head of the bed were peoples used ear buds and a used eye mask.

Good property to stay, but the parking lot was full of snow and made it difficult to park, and was charged nightly for parking.
