Just about everything was great. The only compliants we have are one of the remotes barely working with the tv. That's manageable. The other being morning brealfast. The options were terrible at best. Plain eggs, bacon, maybe a waffle maker or something would be a huge upgrade. Everything was great.

If you want to hear every word your neighbors say including at midnight or 3am, this is the hotel for you. If you want to get some rest, I suggest a nicer place. The walls are paper thin! You might as well be in the same room as the people beside you with how easily you can hear them. Very noisy place.

Breakfast included was a great feature! The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. The pool was pretty cold but otherwise the stay was great.

Awesome hotel. Shopping and dining are just a stone throw away. Room is clean and staff are friendly.

Room was not very clean , bugs in the kitchen area. Moved to a different room, was better.

The room doors are heavy and hard to open, and they make a loud sound when they close. I have been staying in this hotel for 11 days. You can hear the doors closing and opening every time someone enters their room nearby. It has woken me up a few times each night.

Front desk check in was great customer service. He was so friendly and helpful. They couldn’t get us rooms together which was our only problem but overall a good experience. Hotel rooms were amazing and huge! Definitely would stay again.

Convenient to Alderwood Mall, walkable and miss the traffic nightmare of parking there. TV didn't work or I'd give it a higher rating. Nice check in staff.

The best hotel for family extended stays. Has nice equiped kitchen. Very rich breakfast in mornings. Wednesday evening snacks and drinks. Very clean rooms and pool. Big gym.

Hide a bed needs new mattress. Broken mechanism makes it tricky to put bed away.

We stay here several times a year for its proximity to family, for the pool and breakfast. The $13 charge now for parking on its grounds has made us explore options.

Easy and friendly check in with clean and comfortable suite. Bed was perfect and breakfast a great bonus.

I did enjoy my stay place is nice and clean but does need a little facelift. Staff was excellent and very accomodating and friendly. My only issue was that i had to pay for parking that was a major turnoff didnt realize i was in vegas to pay for parking, beside that i did enjoy my stay.

My stay has been excellent.Nice location, close to shopping mall and very close to te interstate highways. I have enjoyed enjoyed my latest 10 days stay and the previous stay s as well. Iam happy to recommend this hotel to everyone.

The property was well appointed and offered facilities that I didn’t expect. They have an excellent gym, launder mat, pool / jacuzzi and pool table. They appear to be understaffed. There are porters and very limited front desk assistance. They don’t offer daily maid service either.

I was disappointed by the condition of this hotel & its operations. Looks nice in photos & has good reviews but need assessment/overhaul. The best thing about this location was the staff. Everyone was kind and helpful and I received prompt assistance when needed. Here are my cons: -Our room was not at ready at check-in time. We were assigned another room and still checked in almost an hour later. -Lighting in units is very poor. Especially in the kitchen and over the fridge. -We had no ice bucket or kettle. -Walls and furniture have weird stains, chipping paint and peeling leather -Pull out sofa bed is down to just springs and was dirty. Coverlet had what I assume was pubic hair across it. -Once sofabed is out, it can't be folded away without a special tool. So if you're staying for more than one night or want to sit on the couch again you need to call maintenance. -Cracks from floor to ceiling in some areas of the suite. -Black mold seeping through paint in walls. -Bathroom vent over shower covered in mold and dust. - Tub is lined and creaks and buckles slightly. Feels cheap and is noisy. -No manual temperature control in suite bedroom. -Breakfast buffet had little selection and was cold. Hot table temp seemed low. I didn't witness staff refresh the inserts of hot food either morning. -When I reminded them not to charge me for the missing ice bucket they refunded my parking. I don't recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very dated. Did not like the bathroom being right beside the bed. You can hear everything in the room next door.Will not stay there again.

The staff was amazing! Friendly, helpful, everything is walking distance. Lots of shopping and food options and thing to do. We will be staying here again while visiting Seattle. Price was very reasonably-priced.

The breakfast options were very good! I was pleasantly surprised by how full I was after breakfast. <3 The room was very spacious and comfortable, and we had everything we needed to prepare our own meals. Both our bathtub drain and our bathroom sink drain were completely plugged, though. :( And there were multiple times - during check-in and when making a purchase from the hotel store - where it took more than 5 minutes to be helped by a staff member. While the staff was polite and incredibly helpful, the waiting time was unfortunate.
