Great location, very clean, excellent amenities and good food. The suite was the perfect size for our family of four. It was easy to walk to the Freedom Trail or to the train to get to Fenway.

The hotel was great! I actually expected there to be the normal wear, tear, grime, and mold in the room…however the room was spotless, no old buildup in the bathroom corners, it was immaculate. Staff was friendly, and had a great location for many local attractions….walkable to Fenway and downtown…worth the price…would definitely stay again.

It was very expensive for the poor quality of service and very poor room quality. I felt that I got ripped off and will not be back.

For such a large hotel, there were few lines and plenty of help. Friendly service, fast elevators to 35th floor Great location and great views over the Charles River and Boston sights.

In Boston for a conference and could not have had a better stay. The hotel was well maintained. The room was very nice. The building was very clean. The food was very good as well. Highly recommend!

Quick stop in Boston for a wine festival. Loved the corner room! Great view and sitting area. Bed was wonderful. Overall great location. Wish we could stay longer. We will definitely come back.

The photos that were displayed on Hotels.com website were not accurate. The Hotels.com website showed the beds being in a separate room from the pull out couch which was very important to us. This made our experience not acceptable. I contacted the front desk and they were rude about my wanting a separate room.

My only complaint is the "destination charge." Once you arrive, they slap you with a $30 charge for the restaurant (or other services) whether you use them or not. This has the effect of understating the cost of staying at the hotel in an Expedia search if you weren't planning on spending money on hotel services. In my view, it's a hidden fee.

We loved our stay at the Westin. It was very clean, quiet and easy to get to. The room was adorable and the bed was very comfy. Got a few drinks at the hotel bar as well which was nice, convenient and the staff was very friendly. Be prepared to pay big bucks for parking though.

I stayed here with my 2 children aged 10 and 13. Loved being able to walk to Boston Common, the Freedom Trail, proximity to public transportation options. The rooms were clean and housekeeping staff did a great job.

I took my daughter and 2 friends into Boston for the night to celebrate her 16th birthday. We needed unique accommodations where we could all stay comfortably in 1 room, was within walking distance for them to safely walk around/shop and within walking distance to nice restaurants. And I completely scored choosing Westin Copley Place!!
We secured a beautiful jr corner suite - at a v reasonable rate, and the whole room was set up beautifully with some extras I had ordered.
Definite shout out to Concierge Damian - who treated us and our occasion amazingly. And Chris who checked us in.
My daughter was made to feel like a queen.
Thanks to the whole staff! Highly recommend.

This used to be an excellent property. Seems that things getting backward. We had a corner suite. Was not that impressive. They had an access to another room that was noisy all night. We were not told that the suite has a connection to another room.

We love the Westin for its location and consistent good service. It has been under construction during both of our recent visits which was slightly annoying but not a huge deal. The only challenge we had this visit was they charge a 30$ fee that can go toward anything. If you don’t use it, you are still charged the 30$ so it makes sense to use it. My plan was to have dinner at Bar 10 while my daughter and her friends were out and about. But it was unexpectedly closed. The lounge was open but they charge you 20$/day to use it or they said I could purchase something from the convenience store. Not at all the same thing. So I asked for the charge to be removed, and they did. They do a nice job with customer service and we will stay there again.

Comfortable spacious suite. Plenty of room for 5. Fabulous views of the city. Numerous dining options in the hotel & close by. Convenient to all manner of transport & shopping. Excellent location in a lovely safe area. Highly recommend

All the services I used worked perfectly, but the human warmth of the housekeeping staff made me feel more comfortable, I put on my Netflix and forgot that I was at the hotel!

Too bad a lot of construction and renovation in the hotel. Many areas closed and unattractive

Staff and services are excellent. However our bathroom was not cleaned prior to our arrival. Toilet had a grime ring, sink, vanity and mirror had water and soap spots. Shower doors had soap streaks and a wet and dirty wash cloth hanging from the shower head. There were no plastic liners in any of the trash cans.

The location is good but the hotel is undergoing renovation. Shower water is weak. Staff is not friendly and not polite. When we checked in at the lobby we didn't feel the welcome.

Rooms, lobby and eating establishments were clean, neat and very nicely decorated. All staff was eager to assist. The rooms are very, very nice with clean sheets. Surprisingly, thats not always the case in hotels. Definitely going back if ever the opportunity presents itself.

Staff was exceptional. Friendly, helpful, and courteous. Rooms were a good size with a great city view. Hotel bar had live music on Friday night and was lively and fun.

Wonderful location, near stores, restaurants and other activities. Hotel was clean, upscale with very good breakfast. Staff was helpful and efficient. Check- in was fast and easy. Very comfortable room with a great view.
