It was a short stay. Small rooms and the bedding wasn't that comfortable. The best part was the staff. They are all so helpful and friendly.

The first room I got was tiny and missing some basic hotel things like a luggage rack, decent chair or a place to plug in the coffee maker. I asked them to move me and they were very helpful and moved me to a better room that wasn’t right next to the elevator like the first one. This room had a broken desk lamp which wasn’t a big deal but a few days into my stay we realized that the carpet was really wet as was our duffle at that point and there was a leak probably from the shower. They did give me a late checkout for the inconvenience. When checking out the bellman told me he was not allowed to help us load our luggage into the Uber. I had to load 5 suitcases myself. I feel like this hotel has gone downhill a bit. The staff are kind but they have some bad rules and the facilities aren’t in great shape.

I wouldn’t take a shower in that tub if you paid me to. When I mentioned it to the staff at the front desk they were very polite and courteous. Their comment was consistent
We are in the process of updating That didn’t help my situation. I was there for 1 night. If it had been longer I would have asked for another room. That tub was

Great location, next to the prudential center. Issues we had
1. Tub was peeling; we called front desk for assistance and was told all the rooms had the same condition
2. Fridge didn’t work at first, same receptionist did not provide any solution

Came in for a college audition, so just one night. But it’s a great location, all staff friendly. Augustin was particularly helpful during check in.

Only complain I have is there is no vending machines and my wife and I wanted to heat up some food the receptionist told us we had to pay $25 to get a microwave up to our room. Or we could just go across the street to the Hilton hotel and heat up our food there. If that was the case I would have just stayed with Hilton.

This property needs some renovating. The rooms are drab and the have significant wear & tear. However, the rooms are spacious & clean. The staff is very good, helpful and consistently friendly.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only has breakfast service so don’t have dining options on property. The hotel is attached to a walkable mall with other corporate dining options or you can venture out for a short walk for more options. BSO is also walkable.

Dingiest room, i have ever stayed in. Lots of issues with my room . Heat, hot water and TV channels not available. Very disappointed, told front desk about issues. I will not be staying there again

Great location. My room had an amazing view. Pre-checking outreach and staff were great. Hotel feels a bit dated and in need of a bit of tlc.

Everything was very nice except after we arrived back from a concert, our door was open!!! 1000% positive that i closed it and tested the latch because im paranoid and OCD. Nothing was missing or anything, but it was clear someone had at least opened the door and didnt make sure it was shut. I had left the "do not disturb" sign on the knob to deter room service, but perhaps they didnt notice it right away.

The hotel's location is convenient for accessing various directions in the city and has parking in the same building.
The room was spacious, comfortable, quiet, well decorated, which could be enough to accommodate for a long stay.

At 2:30 am, Fire alarm system start, but no explanation about what happened at all. Hotel should explain what was happing. I couldn't sleep at all since then.
